A repeatable, six-step operation that turns mixed plastic scrap into consistent, spec-driven recycled granules.

   Collection

   We source segregated plastic scrap from a trusted network of aggregators and industrial suppliers across North India.

2. 2

   Sorting

   Manual and mechanical sorting isolates PP, HDPE and LDPE streams by polymer, colour and grade.

3. 3

   Washing & shredding

   A multi-stage washing line removes dirt, labels and contaminants; shredders reduce material to a uniform size.

4. 4

   Drying

   High-efficiency thermal drying brings moisture to targeted levels for stable downstream processing.

5. 5

   Compounding

   Twin-screw extrusion with filtration produces a homogenised melt. Additives, fillers and masterbatches are metered in on-line.

6. 6

   Granulation & QC

   Strand and hot-die cutting produces uniform granules. Every lot is checked for MFI, moisture, ash and colour before packing.
